Increasing Spatial Capacities and Strengthening Technological Equipment of the Company Mihoković d.o.o.

Short project description

Mihoković d.o.o. signed a contract with the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Crafts and the Croatian Agency for SMEs, Innovations and Investments (HAMAG-BICRO). Grant Contract No: KK.03.2.1.05.0088 for the implementation of the project „Increasing Spatial Capacities and Strengthening Technological Equipment of the Company Mihoković d.o.o.“. The subject of the project is investing in tangible assets to increase spatial, manufacturing and technological capacities by building a new production-business facility and acquiring new equipment and technology for metal processing and finishing, as well as improving human resources to manage new technologies and production. By implementing the project, the company will increase spatial and technical capabilities, quality of cutting and finalization, shorten delivery times and raise product quality standards increase enterprise productivity, expand product ranges and services, open new job positions, speed up the production of finished products, reduce external service costs and increase its degree of energy efficiency and environmental protection. All this will result with an increase in competitiveness, sales revenue and export revenues of Mihoković d.o.o.

Project Implementation Period

The project will be implemented from July 17, 2017 until September 17, 2018.

General Objectives of the Project

To contribute to the development of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, the development of new capabilities and the opening of new job positions.

Purpose of the Project (Specific Objectives)

To provide preconditions for increasing spatial, manufacturing and technological capacities of the company by building a new production and enterprise facility, acquiring state-of-the-art technology and other equipment and improving human resources to manage new technologies and production, with the aim of increasing competitiveness on both domestic and foreign markets.

3. Increased number of products in the company's product assortment
4. Improved knowledge of employees for managing new technologies
5. Better working conditions for employees
6. Ensured promotion of the company and its products and improved communication with existing and potential clients
