ROBOTIC WELDING

Welding is one of the most demanding processes in manufacturing metal parts. We offer robotic CO2 and manual TIG welding methods for steel, aluminum and stainless steel.
At our locksmith department we have developed finishing techniques that allow an invisible appearance of joint parts.

CNC MILLING

At our CNC machining center, we offer 2,5D milling, precision in drilling holes and threading. CNC milling for complex and tehnically demanding shapes.

POWDER COATING

Electrostatic powder coating is a metal finishing process that provides corrosion protection. It allows unlimited color choices according to RAL charts and different structures. As a previous treatment we offer sandblasting and powder coating services with Zinc Primer which, in combination with powder, makes a suitable protection against outdoor conditions.

WIRE ERODING

5-axis metal wire eroding. This technique is used for making various hole forms for very precise tools.

OTHER SERVICES

At our rich manufacturing plant, we offer services including metal manufacturing and finishing, processing and surface protection of steel, stainless steel and aluminum sheet metal, square and oval pipes and solid steel materials. We also offer turning, grinding, stamping and hole punching, perforation, puncturing, engraving, painting and polishing.
