Powder Coating

Electrostatic powder coating is a metal corrosion protection method. It is based on surface application of powder and polymerization of powder at a certain temperature. In addition to its excellent corrosion protection, the powder coated layer is resistant to heat and abrasion. Powder coating meets modern environmental standards and is the most acceptable method of anti corrosion protection for the environment and health. In addition to the above mentioned features, powder coating allows unlimited color choices, different surface structures.

Some of the areas of application for serial production of metal products, as well as for the recovery of old metals are:

- radiators (new and reconstruction of the old ones)

Additional metal processing

As a previous treatment, in the case of older and damaged surfaces, we offer a sandblasting service that removes the old surface layer.

In case of additional resistance to the powder coated layer, we use Zinc Primer layer which, in combination with powder, makes a suitable protection against outdoor conditions.
