Robotic Welding
We’ve added a novelty to our metal plant – a robotic metal welding machine. The 6-axis
robotic station for welding has an integrated rotary table.
Robotic welding offers great support in precision of welding steel, aluminum and stainless
steel constructions. CO2, argon or a mixture is used for welding, depending on materials and
offer an ideal solution for accurate and clean surfaces and profiles.
Robots are used when
the welding process consists of many repetitive tasks or similar parts that require more than
one axis to weld or where it’s difficult to access parts.
The most important advantages of automatic welding are precision and productivity. Once
the robot is programed, it produces precise, identical welded joints every time on parts of the
same dimensions and specifications. Automated gun movements reduce the potential of
errors, which reduces wastes and repairs.
